Different types of apartments
Corporate housing
This is a fully-equipped house or apartment. Corporate housing typically has the largest living space in comparison to aparthotels and serviced apartments, but offer fewer services than serviced apartments. Often, a minimum stay of 14 days or a month is required.
Serviced apartments
Serviced apartments are bigger than aparthotels, but offer hotel-like amenities. These fully-equipped apartments typically come with a kitchen, and a living area. Usually, a serviced apartment requires a minimum stay of 7 - 14 days. However, serviced apartments in residential buildings have fewer services.
Aparthotels
This type of accommodation has similar services to a hotel, however, the rooms are more spacious. Aparthotels typically come with kitchenettes, and a desk for working. A minimum stay is usually not required. Aparthotels in designated buildings usually come with amenities such as a gym, pool, and business centre.
Serviced apartment
Renting a serviced accommodation means renting a home that is already furnished in a stylish way, including various facilities like home and services and facilities like a hotel. On average, serviced accommodation offers 30-50% more space than a typical hotel room. With its spacious environment, you will feel immediately at home and it allows guests to have a hassle-free experience not lacking facilities. Booking a hotel room will give you the rest you need in a smaller environment for a short stay. It is always possible to request a bigger room which is a suite but the price comes at a premium.
